What size pack is best for us?
All customers are different depending on the number of people and how much they enjoy having fresh fruit and/or veges available. If you would like some help deciding on your individual fruit or vege requirements please contact us and we will be happy to recommend some options.

What days do you deliver?
We can deliver each working day of the week, with Monday and Wednesday being our most popular delivery days. If there is a public holiday we will deliver the next working day.

Why should I provide fruit to my employees?
Fruit To Work is one of the most cost effective steps to a meaningful Health and Wellbeing Programme. Fruit creates a healthier workplace, boosts your staff morale and increases concentration and productivity.

What will be in this week's box?
The mix of fruit and veges may vary daily but we can guarantee there will always be a great selection of the tastiest fruit and veges available. Each morning we talk to our suppliers and source the freshest supply of export quality product. Each piece of fruit and vege is inspected before delivery to ensure the highest quality.

Why wouldn't we just go to the local supermarket or fruit shop ourselves?
Despite everyone's best intentions- it often doesn't happen and the range is sometimes limited.
The fruit and veges you receive in a "KiwiFresh" box will be fresher, and the time you save makes us a more economical option.

Do I have to have a weekly order?
No. Whilst it is convenient to have a weekly order, we can offer our fruit boxes or vege baskets on a fortnightly or even monthly basis. We also welcome casual orders if you have an important meeting coming up or would just like to surprise someone with a box of our fresh produce.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can alter, change or cancel your order at anytime up until 4pm on the day prior to your scheduled delivery.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver New Zealand Nationwide - please contact us regarding delivery options. Delivery in the Tauranga area is free.

Why is Kiwifresh Direct fruit and vege the freshest possible?
We source our fruit and vege directly from the top suppliers early each morning and it is immediately packed into your fruit box or vege basket and delivered the same day.

Is there a delivery charge?
There is no charge for deliveries within the Tauranga to Te Puke areas. For all other areas please see our order page or contact us on 0508 549 437 to discuss.

How do we pay for our fruit deliveries?
You can pay by credit card through our website or if arranged previously, we can invoice you weekly for payment on the 20th of the following month.

How do I set up a standing order for regular fruit and/or vege deliveries?
Order on line or contact us directly by telephone, fax or email to discuss your specific requirements.
